Starting the day with a delicious homemade mango banana hemp smoothie. Yum.



The plants and green amazingness I get to see everyday in Florida. Fresh. Living abundance. Smelling like vetiver, nectar, and water, growing, full, just so beautiFULL.



My dream about teaching, seeing happy life-filled smiles so big eyes are closed, sitting in desks with feet so far from the ground, budding baby people, with faces like little fat peaches, juiciehappylaughiebabypeople. Recognizing my closeness to them, loving them and so delighted it is my job to get to be around them.




Yoga. One of the longest relationships I've ever had - on and off for 10 years - and it's been nothing but delight, never a fight, never resitance, pure understanding, always has my back when I need. Perhaps one of the closest experience of unconditional anything. So f'n sweet. So grateful for Yoga. I hope my kids dig it too and we all do it together in our sweet yoga studio.





Comfy bed, clean room, and cuddle sanctuary. The best cuddles ever experienced have been here. Considering publishing a cuddlekamasutra book. My man is the cuddle king.
