Write Gratitude (1-10 minutes)
We will appreciate and be present (and we will text it to each other)
InVision (5-10 minutes)
We will add to visual vision boards, write vision free writes, and create the vision that will pave the rest of our lives (in texts, emails, blog posts, etc.)
Be Mindful (10-20 minutes)
We will meditate every morning for 10-20 minutes and let that mindfulness resonate throughout the rest of the day (and text, email, or blog each other a short - or long reflection)
Be in our bodies (10-90 minutes)
We will do something physical, even just a mindful savasana. (We text, email, or blog each other what that something is)
Nourish (10-90 minutes)
We will use food, water, and tea to nourish our selves, ground ourselves, balance our selves, and cleanse and heal ourselves (We will document this when moved or inspired)
Just do it (10-90 minutes)
We will do one thing (We will document this when moved or inspired)
